The website does not collect any other categories of personal data through forms. Aggregated browsing data is processed exclusively through the statistical analytics tool described in Section 12.

3. Purpose of processing

Personal data is processed for the following purposes:

  • Responding to information requests submitted through the contact form on the website
  • Complying with any applicable legal obligations
  • Ensuring the security of the website

5. Nature of the data provided and consequences of refusal

Providing your first name, last name, and email address through the contact form is necessary in order to receive a response to your request: refusal to provide this data will make it impossible to respond to your request.

6. Processing methods and security measures

Processing will be carried out using manual, IT, and telematic tools, following logic strictly related to the purposes for which the data was collected, in compliance with the principle of purpose limitation and all other principles set out in Art. 5 GDPR. Specific technical and organizational measures are adopted to prevent data loss, unlawful or improper use, and unauthorized access. Data is stored on infrastructure (VPS) owned by the Controller, hosted on third-party physical servers located in Germany.

Data collected through the contact form is retained for as long as necessary to handle the request and, subsequently, for the duration of any relationship established with the user, plus the legal limitation period applicable under the relevant statute of limitations.

Statistical data collected through the analytics tool (Umami) is anonymized and does not allow, directly or indirectly, the identification of the user. As it does not constitute personal data under Art. 4.1 GDPR, this data may be retained by the Controller for as long as deemed appropriate for statistical purposes.

8. Disclosure of data

Data collected is not disclosed to third-party providers. The technical infrastructure (VPS) on which the data is hosted is owned by the Controller; the underlying physical servers are provided by a data center located in Germany, which acts as an infrastructure provider without access to the processed data. • Access to data
  • Rectification or erasure
  • Restriction of processing
  • Data portability
  • Objection to processing
  • The right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali)

Where processing is based on consent, the user has the right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent given before its withdrawal (Art. 7.3 GDPR).

This data does not fall within the definition of "personal data" under Art. 4.1 GDPR, and no prior consent via a cookie banner is required.

13. Cookies

This website does not use profiling cookies or third-party cookies. There are no technical cookies requiring a specific notice beyond this one.
